We have only one small patch of grass. There are a wide variety of salvias over entire front yard and several in back. They are the garden's foundation.Additionally, there are other flowering annuals and perennials, both native and non-native, as filler in between salvias. This spring we are also cultivating an untended weed bed with several varieties of weeds that we've seen bees on.
