Unfortunately it has large swathes of English ivy and periwinckle, but other wise it is a diverse area, not too groomed, with six species of trees and eight species of bushes, a wide variety of native and non-native flowers, and a big brush pile that is probably good for pollinators but also, sorry to say, rats. Behind it is a "wild" area along city train tracks, mostly junk trees but maybe also helpful to birds and insects to a degree.
