The gardens are grown on a vacant lot zoned for business in a city of approximately 90K. There is a mix of small stores and multi family housing in the area Currently I am growing sunflower 'Lemon Queen' in 8 3.5' X 10' raised beds. There is also a circular garden with a mix of sages, salvias, coriopsis, and rudbeckia. I also grow cariopteris, catmint, and monarda.
