Lemon Queen Sunflower Seeds
This year, we are asking people to contribute to cover our cost of sending out seeds. You can also find these at a variety of retailers. Last year, I found them at Target. Just be sure to get annual, Lemon Queen variety so, we aren't comparing apples to oranges...
These are wonderful annual, Lemon Queen Sunflower seeds, the same variety that we used last year. Approximately 25 seeds per packet. The cost is primarily for shipping, handling and instructions.
These grow to 4-5 feet and produce multiple flowers on each plant.
We'll be sending them out in bubble wrap packets this year to avoid crushing. Sunflowers shouldn't be planted until nights are staying above 55 degrees so, we'll start shipping these in mid to late March. When we ship USPS First Class mail, it seems to take 3-9 business days. It takes quite a bit longer to ship to Canada. We cannot ship outside of the US or Canada.
