Interesting BEE

I noticed I have honeybees mostly in my garden but lately there is a smaller bee (which has the honey bee coloring) with long antenna. They are very quick in their movements from flower to flower. They also fly on top of other bees of their species trying to get them off that flower. What type of bee is this?
