Group Leader email request

Although the email request sent Valentines day refers to "joining" "signing up" and "registering", there appears to be no way for a Group Leader to do any of those things today, 27 FEB 2012.

Are the forms there but well hidden?

Are they there but not actually live to the internet's many tubes?

Can I really sign up to be a Group Leader? I've got my sites, where are your forms?
