Coming Soon!
Over the next month, we will be building a map here that has dots for participants. In an ideal world, the color of the dot would change ( something like red if >30 minutes, orange if >15, yellow if >10, light green if>5 and dark green if 0-5 minutes) depending on the data that they've entered. This will let you see how your garden compares to all the others around you!

I think this is such a great idea. My husband works outdoors and has been saying for years that he has noticed a decline in the bee population. We already have some sunflowers in bloom (but have not seen any bees) and I am looking forward to recording our data. Hopefully we will all help to make a difference.

This is such a great idea. I have heard about the declining bee population, and always wondered how it affected my area. I noticed an abbundance of bees in my garden last year, a contrary to other places. I am excited to share my results with everyone as the season progresses. Thanks a lot.

If an individual had an empty hive they're probably still there although dimishing and handable. I moved in close for a picture with my cellphone but it doesn't seem to have come out. I hate to think of those guys dying out there due to a lack of available hive, but ......
