The Great Sunflower Project

I am new to this site and I signed up too late to get the sunflowers seeds for 2009 What sunflower seeds were chosen and where can I buy them? If I find them when do I plant and do they like full sun or partial ? I live in a condo and I have a corner unit so I get sun all day I am oh so new to this I already have my morning glories coming back from last year my moon flowers never bloomed and my neighbor gave me some of her black eyed suzies that came back from last year. And with all the rain I am getting they are doing good I just hope I don't have problems with too much water
