I signed up for the project, but then I realized that where I live we seem to already have bees. We've had them for the last 3 years.
I live in an apartment building. Outside, around the building we have benches to sit on. We've also had the bees. They seen to have taken a liking to the green benches. They haven't bothered anyone. They just fly around and for anyone that has the courage to sit with them, they just seem to fly up to head and face level, take a look and fly away.
There are trees and I'm not sure what they are. There are yew bushes and a type of fir trees not far from the benches. The area where the benches are is surrounded by a parking lot. We have all tried to figure out what is attracting them. Anyone that has any ides?
